摘　　要：选稿的标准对编辑的选稿的思维活动过程，具有明确的指向性；而编辑选稿的科学的思维方式，对全面执行选稿标准具有重要作用。The manuscripts choosing criterion has clear point to the editors'manuscripts choosing thinking activity process; the scientific thinking manner for manuscripts choosing plays an important part in carrying out the manuscripts choosing criterion.
