差生的表现及其教育

摘　　要：有针对性地做好差生的教育转化工作,使其逐步进入合格生乃至优生行列,大面积提高教育质量,是高校教育工作者经常性工作的重要内容。为了减少教育转化工作中的盲目性,增强自觉性和针对性,使教育工作科学化,本文从差生的表现、成因及转化等进行了探讨。It is an important part of the routine work to change gradually the backward students into good or even excellent ones in colleges and universities. So the paper attempts to analyze their behaviours , the reasons as well as the ways to deal with their problems so as to make systematic the education work and reduce blindness.
