摘　　要：本文考察了过去社会主义计划体制中特定的社会分层体系，主要是“身份制”、“单位制”、“行政制”的历史作用及其弊端，并分析了改革开放以来中国社会分层机制的变革和社会分层结构的变化。Abstract This paper studies the important historical functions and abuses of social stratification system, for example, the traditional' Identity System',' Unit System' and' Administrative System' in the socialist system; and, from aspects of both mechanism reform of social stratification and the traditional social stratification system in the reform, cliscusses the changes in Chinese social stratification structure since the economicand political reform.
