对我国普通高校高水平运动员培养目标与管理的研究

摘　　要：通过对全国已初具规模的22所重点高校,进行高水平运动开展的调查分析思考,着重对高校高水平运动员的培养目标和管理问题进行研究。从研究结果和分析中,得出以下主要的结论和建议:1,我国高校高水平运动员培养目标的外在表现是参加世界大学生运动会,内在实质是真正大学生的运动水平能达到世界大运会竞技水平;2.和有经济实力的企业合办运动队,是值得提倡的办队模式:3,运动员专业合理选择是缓解学习与训练矛盾的有效手段。Goals of cultivation and management of top-level athletes in hither-learninginstitutions were studied based on investigation and analysis of 22 key colleges and uni-versities throughout China. It was concluded that: 1. the goals of cultivation of top-levelathletes in colleges and universities in China were externally expressed in participatingthe World University Games, but the internal nature was to raise the competitive level tothat of the WUG; 2. it was a recommended model to run top-level sports teams jointlywith enterprises that could supply the teams with financial support; 3. a reasonablechoice by the athletes of their profession was a valid way in alleviating the contradictionbetween learning and training.
