摘 要:企业经营离不开它所归属的社会文化,我国企业经营所归属的社会文化,有些同志称之为现代化了的儒家文化。本文便是从企业经营的角度阐述现代化了的儒家文化,抑或说,是从现代化了的儒家文化的角度探索我国企业经营模式的建构走向。 一、儒家文化与文化模式 1.儒家文化 儒家文化是一个文化学的概念,它与通常所说的儒家思想与儒家学说不是一回事。 儒家文化,是指以儒家学说的社会理性为引导,在历代封建统治阶级的倡导与推行下,儒家学说日常习惯化与行为规范化,从而在社会各阶层所形成的共同的思维方式、行为准则、价值取向,并且,与此相辅相成并以此为根据,逐渐地完善出一套封建制度体系。The article points out that Confucian culture has striking characteristics of ethics, hierarchy, family group and ruling will.. Moreover, the ethical principles of Confucian culture has historically created people's stong sense of morality. What is more, individuality is not stressed in Confucian culture. Its value mainly lies in the individual's ability to integrate himself into a group by acting and thinking harmoniously with the group. When embodied in the enterprise management, that produces conspicuous concepts of family enterprise, following the general trend, taking a mean course and considering other people's feelings.
