摘　　要：为了培养德、智、体全面发展的社会主义现代化建设的合格人才,教育工作者应对学生正确引导,严格管理,本文针对如何激励大学生的学习主动性问题,结合工作实践作一些探讨.In order to cultivate qualified personnel with an all-round development of morality,intelligence and physique in the mordernication of socialism, educational workers should quide the students correctly and control them strictly. The author put forward some opinions in the light of inspirating the initiative of college students in their studies and in combination with working practice.
