摘　　要：目的:探讨急救模拟演练在急诊科低年资护士应急能力培训中的应用效果。方法:成立应急培训小组,对低年资护士进行理论知识、急救技能培训;结合急诊科应急流程和抢救预案等,编写模拟案例,采用模拟演练进行培训,并不断强化;培训小组每季度进行考核。结果:通过急救模拟演练,急诊科低年资护士的理论知识、操作技能、应急能力明显提高。结论:急救模拟演练可激励低年资护士的学习主动性,提高急救技术,培养观察力和分析判断能力,提高团队意识和应急配合能力及交流沟通能力。[Objective] To explore the effects of emergency simulation exercises in emergency response capabilities training of junior nurses in the emergency department.[Method] The junior nurses were trained by the organized emergency group with theoretical knowledge and first aid skills.The emergency rescue plans were established and the simulation exercises were carried out.[Result] Through emergency simulation exercises,theoretical knowledge,operation skills and emergency response capabilities of junior nurses in the emergency department were improved obviously.[Conclusion] Emergency simulation exercises can inspire junior nurses to learning initiatively,improve their first aid skills,develop observation and analytical skills,raise awareness of the team,and improve emergency coordination abilities and communication abilities.
