摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜癌患者术前CA125测定的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2008年10月至2010年12月经手术治疗,并经病理确诊的105例子宫内膜癌患者术前血清CA125水平与子宫内膜癌患者年龄、手术分期、盆腔淋巴结转移、组织学类型、病理学分级的关系。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ、Ⅳ子宫内膜癌患者的CA125值比较有统计学意义。特殊类型癌CA125值与子宫内膜样腺癌、腺鳞癌/腺棘癌比较有统计学意义。组织分化Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级及Ⅲ级的患者CA125值三者间比较无统计学意义。有无淋巴结转移的患者CA125值比较有统计学意义。绝经前后患者CA125值无统计学意义。结论:血清CA125值对判断子宫内膜癌的手术分期、淋巴结转移有一定的意义,具体数值倾向于CA125>35U/ml。[Objective] To investigate endometrial cancer in patients with preoperative CA125 determination and clinical significance.[Method] A retrospective analysis of Oct 2008-Dec 2010 operation treatment which were confirmed by pathology was carried out.Endometrial cancer preoperative serum CA125 levels and endometrial cancer patients age,operation,pelvic lymph node metastasis staging,histological type,histological grading relationship were analyzed.[Result] There is statistical significance between the CA125 mean value of grade,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,Ⅳ endometrial cancer patients.There is statistical significance between the CA125 mean value of specific types of cancer and the other two groups(endometrioid adenocarcinoma,adenosquamous carcinoma / adenoacanthoma cancer patients).There is no statistical significance between tissue differentiation grade,Ⅱ and Ⅲ level in patients with CA125 average value comparison.There is statistical significance among case with or without lymph node metastasis.There is no statistically significant difference between premenopausal patients and post-menopause patients.[Conclusion] Judgments of Serum CA125 value of endometrial cancer have means to clinical staging and lymph node metastasis.
