腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣预防味觉出汗综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣对预防腮腺手术后Frey’s综合征的效果。方法:68例腮腺良性肿瘤患者,随机分成2组行腮腺浅叶切除术,其中A组38例植入组织补片,B组30例行腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣,术后进行6个月~2年的随访,并采用Minor试验,观察术后出现Frey’s综合征的发生率。结果:对所有病例进行主客观评价,A、B 2组出现Frey’s综合征的发生率分别为(10.53%、7.95%),(10.0%、6.67%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣是一种简单易行、价廉的方法,和植入组织补片同样有效预防Frey’s综合征的发生。[Objective] To evaluate the outcome of parotid masseter fascia and allograft dermal matrix(ADM) in prevention of Frey's syndrome after parotidectomy. [Method] 68 patients who suffering from benign tumors in our hospital and needed superficial lobe parotidectomy were divided into two groups randomly.38 patients(group A)had parotid masseter fascia reserved by implanting AMD in the superficial parotidectomy,while 30 patients(group B)had parotid masseter fascia unreserved in the operation.Postoperative 6 months to 2 years follow-up was carried out.We observed the occurrence of Frey's syndrome through Minor tests.[Result] All cases were received subjective and objective evaluations. The incidences of Frey's syndrome of two groups were A(10.53%,7.95%),B(6.67%,10%) respectively and there is no significant difference between the two groups.[Conclusion] Parotid masseter fascia is a simple,inexpensive method.It is an equal effective method to allograft dermal matrix in prevention of Frey ' s syndrome.
