摘　　要：临床毕业实习是医学教育从理论过渡到实践的重要时期,也是实习生完成由学生向医生角色转换的关键时期,规范的临床毕业实习前培训对于培养医学实习生职业荣誉感,树立正确的职业道德观,提高实习效果具有重要意义。本文介绍了我院目前开展的毕业实习生临床毕业实习前培训的基本内容,并采用问卷调查等方式评价其效果,探讨临床毕业实习前培训的作用及进一步完善培训内容的措施。The clinical practice is an important transition period from theory to practice of medical education,also is the critical period to interns to realize the conversion from student to doctor.For interns,standardized pre-service training can bring up professional pride,establish the correct professional ethics,and improve the effect of practice.The article introduced the main content of pre-service training that is carried out in our hospital,and evaluated the effect by questionnaire,explored the role of pre-service training in teaching system and further measures to improve the training content.
