基层医院低年资助产士新生儿复苏应急能力的培训效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨低年资助产士新生儿复苏能力的培训。方法:采用集中上课,分组训练,专题讲课,情景模拟训练等综合方法。结果:培训后助产士的理论成绩、抢救操作技能、应急综合能力均明显高于培训前(P<0.01)。培训后我院对新生儿复苏抢救的成功率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:通过对低年资助产士的专题培训,能有效提高其新生儿复苏能力,有利于提高护理安全性。[Objective] To investigate the training effect of less experienced midwives's ability of neonatal resuscitation.[Method] Integrated approaches were taken through the training process,such as intensive classes,group training,thematic lectures,imitating situation raining and so on.[Result]The theory examination scores,the rescue operation skills and the emergency comprehensive ability of midwives were significantly higher than that of pre-training(P < 0.01).The rate of success on neonatal resuscitation was improved significantly from 95.5% before training to 100% after training,and there was a statistical comparison difference(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Special training for less experienced midwives can effectively improve their abilities of neonatal resuscitation,and also help to enhance the nursing security.
