优化骨科临床技能教学的实践

摘　　要：基于对骨科临床技能教学工作中存在问题的理性思考,我们对骨科临床技能教学进行探究,其重点在于及时更新教学内容、提高学生的学习积极性、提升教师专业素质、合理安排临床操作课程和培训内容,完善考核办法和程序,革新教学手段和方法,以培养出合格的应用型医学人才。Based on rational thinking of orthopedic clinical skills teaching problems,we explored orthopedic clinical skills teaching, which focuses on updating teaching knowledge,improving student learning motivation and teacher professionalism,reasonable arranging for clinical courses and training operations,improving assessment methods and procedures,innovating teaching methods and approaches,to culture applied and qualified medical students.
