摘 要:近年来,许多学者证明脂质过氧化作用在病毒性肝炎、药物性肝炎及肝硬化病人肝损伤机理中起重要作用,有效地控制此作用已成为各种肝病治疗中值得重视的问题。本文应用四氯化碳(CCl_4)制备大鼠肝损伤模型,用丹参、辅酶Q_(10)对脂质过氧化作用所致肝损伤的保护作用进行实验研究。材料及方法一、实验动物及方法:杂系健康大白鼠95只,体重150~200g。对照组20只。Liver injured modols were made by CCl_4 induced lipid superoxidation in 120 rats and the protective action of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Coenzyme Q_(10) and Clucurone were observed with control group and liver injured group. The efficacy of drugs used in induced lipid, peroxide(Lpo)and GPT salvia miltiorrhiza and Coenzyme Q_(10) are better than Glucurone and liver injured group (P<0.01).No significant difference between first two drugs. Occurrence nates of severe pathologic changes: in liver injured group is 60.9%, Glucurone group 58.82%, Coenzyme Q_(10) group 40.91%, Salvia miltiorrhiza group 18.18%. The efficacy of drugs used in improving the pathologic changes of liver and spleen showed that in Salvia miltiorrhiza group is better than in liver injured group (P<0.05). Experiment confirmed that Salvia miltiorrhiza is more effective and may be used as a natural Anti-Lpo drug It can prevent and treat lipid superoxidation induced liver injury, decrease the necrosis or denatures of liver cells, prevent liver fibrosis, promote regeneration of liver cells and also improve the microcirculation of liver and spleen. So-its protective function is much better than Coenzyme Q_(10)
