摘　　要：目的:探讨青光眼小梁切除术后小切口白内障摘除的手术技巧和疗效。方法:回顾性分析小梁切除术后行小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术92例97眼,观察术后视力、眼压、并发症等情况。结果:术后视力提高,眼压在正常范围并且略有下降,术后并发症少。结论:小梁切除术后白内障行小切口白内障囊外摘除术是一种安全有效、经济实用的术式。[Objective]To explore the technique and curative effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extracition after trabecula abscission in glaucoma patients.[Method]92 patients undergone extracapsular cataract extraction and artificial lens implantation after trabecula abscission were retrospectively observed of their eyesight,intraocular tension and complications.[Result] Patients' vision was improved and their intraocular tension at the normal level with slight decline.Few complications were observed.[Conclusion]Small incision extracapsular cataract extracition after trabecula abscission was a safe and effective surgery.
