摘  要:以Ti O2负载的Pd-Fe为催化剂,考察了反应温度和催化剂用量对3-氯-4-氟硝基苯常压加氢反应的影响,拟合实验数据并建立了动力学方程,然后对动力学方程进行了统计学检验。结果表明,在3-氯-4-氟硝基苯0.1 mol,乙醇80 mL,催化剂0.26 g,氢气分压0.1 MPa的条件下,加氢反应对3-氯-4-氟硝基苯表现为一级,加氢反应的活化能为19 959.4 J/mol,指前因子为56.79。所获得的动力学方程能较好地描述3-氯-4-氟硝基苯的常压加氢反应。The effects of reaction temperature and catalyst dosage on hydrogenation of 3-Chloro-4-fluoronitrobenzene over Pd-Fe supported TiO2 catalyst were investigated.The kinetics equation was built up by fitting experimental data and was tested by mathematics statistic methods and residual distribution.The results showed that the reaction is first order for concentration of 3-chloro-4-fluoronitrobenzene,the activation energy is 19 959.4 J/mol and the frequency factor is 56.79.The conversion calculated by the kinetics equation was in good agreement with the conversion from experiment.
