高速涡轮机牙钻在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研究高速涡轮牙钻在下颌中低位水平阻生牙拔除中的应用。方法:随机收集266例下颌中低位水平阻生牙病例,通过X片,分析阻生牙的位置及外周阻力,然后利用高速涡轮机分割牙体并予以拔除。结果:所有的266例阻生牙均在1小时内成功拔除,所有患者术后均无明显疼痛反应。结论:在下颌中低位水平阻生牙拔除过程中,使用高速涡轮机,可以简化拔牙手术方法,缩短手术操作时间,减少副反应,以及缓解疼痛不适感。Objective To explore the application of high-speed turbine in near the mandibular medium and the level of impacted tooth extraction.Methods To collect random 266 cases of the mandibular medium and low lever and the of impacted teeth.After the x-ray examination,we analyzed the location and extract resistance of the teeth,and then cut the tooth using high-speed turbine and extracted the teeth.Results All of the 266 impacted teeth were extracted successfully in an hour.In postoperative period all patier have less pain reaction.Conclusions We can simplify the surgical method,shorten the operation time,reduce the adverse reactions and alleviate the suffering in near the mandibular medium and the level of impacted tooth extraction using high-speed turbine.
