摘　　要：人文关怀是当前高校图书馆环境建设的重要内容,阐述图书馆内部环境人性化建设六个方面的内容,并结合工作实践对环境建设与图书馆服务间的关系提出看法与认识。Humanities concern is one of the key contents of current environment constructions of college library.This paper states the humanity construction of the library's internal environment from six aspects and puts forward the views on the relationship between environment construction and service in library according to working practice.
