心理辅导对肿瘤患者行18F-FDG PET肿瘤代谢显像质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理辅导对肿瘤患者行18F-FDG(氟代脱氧葡萄糖)正电子发射型计算机断层显像图像质量的影响。方法94例肿瘤患者常规行18F-FDG显像。将其随机分2组:有心理辅导组62例,心理辅导内容包括检查前与患者交流,消除不良心理因素,讲解显像注意事项,防止剧烈运动,嘱患者检查后多饮水加快放射性药物的排泄;控制患者血糖于正常范围;注射药物后嘱患者静卧休息,听轻松愉快的音乐。无心理辅导组32例。对2组显像时的肌肉显影情况进行对比分析。结果与无心理辅导组相比,心理辅导组肿瘤显像清晰度满意,图像质量佳,2组差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论心理辅导可消除患者不良情绪、合理控制血糖水平、减少肌肉收缩活动,对保障18F-FDG肿瘤代谢显像质量、实现影像分析并最终作出正确诊断具有重要作用。Objective:to diagnosis of 94 cases of tumor patients,18F-FDG PET scan were performed.Experiences of the performing procedure were summarized.Methods:A total of 94 cases of tumor patients were performed 18F-FDG PET scan as routine,and were randomly divide into two groups:nursing care 62 cases and non-nursing care 32 cases.Analysis the situation of muscle absorbs 18F-FDG of two groups.Nursing care group including psychological counseling and regulating blood sugar concentration.Rest in bed after they were injected 18F-FDG,and listen of some light music.In order to made body keep quiet when 18F-FDG PET scan.Results:Nursing care group,the quality of l8F-FDG PET scan was satisfied,while the quality of 18F-FDG PET scan non-nursing care group,in was unsatisfied.Conclusion:To relax the mood of patients and control blood sugar at a reasonable level may ensure the quality of 18F-FDG PET scan,which is the basis of making correct diagnosis.It is the key points to control blood sugar level reasonably,and strength their mental care is very importantfor.
