摘　　要：总结急诊科抗击SARS工作中的组织与管理经验,以供广大护理同仁借鉴,包括以下三点防止人员感染的关键环节:①及早建立合理的隔离区域;②加强环境的消毒和患者的管理;③医务人员科学防护与心理支持。To summarize experiences of organizing and management during the period of defending SARS in emergency department.These experiences are critical for medical staffs to prevent infection.They are as follows: establish a logical isolation area as soon as possible, enhance the disinfection of environment and the management of patients, scientific prevention and psychological support to medical staffs.
