摘　　要：道德资本作为一种伦理价值符号,其运作有其特殊规律性。道德资本研究已是诸多学科理研究的重要视角,对道德资本的概念、内容、特征、功能等方面的进一步厘清将有助于其解释力的更好发挥。The moral capital takes one ethics mark of value,its operation has its special regularity.The moral capital research already was many discipline principle research important angle of view,to moral aspects and so on capital’s concept,content,characteristic,function will further define clearly will be helpful to an its explanation strength better display.
