摘　　要：兴趣是最好的老师。对某项体育活动感兴趣,可以促使人们对此项体育活动倾注更多的时间和精力,产生持久的注意,并能保持清楚的感知、周密的思维、牢固的记忆和丰富的想象。因此,在体育课上培养、激发学生的体育兴趣不仅是完成教学任务的需要,也是为终身体育打好基础的需要。Interest is the best teacher.If one takes interest in certain sports activity,he will pour more time or energy in it..Then he will pay more attention which could last longer;and he will maintain clear perception,precise thinking way and lasting memery and rich imagination.Therefore,cultivating and inspiring students's interest in PE class is not only to finish teaching task but also to make foundation for lifetime sports.
