摘　　要：目的了解大学生对艾滋病知识的需求及艾滋病防治教育的现状,为制定有针对性的健康教育和综合防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,在湖北省武汉市7所不同类型高校不同专业共抽取2 059名大学生作为研究对象,进行问卷调查。结果46.33%的被调查者认为自己掌握的艾滋病防治知识不够。被调查的大学生艾滋病知识来源依次为大众传媒、相关书籍和学校教育,21.95%的人认为学校从没有开展有关艾滋病防治的活动。27.00%的学生对当前学校艾滋病防治教育状况明确表示不满意,表示很满意和较满意者仅占12.78%。学生认为学校对艾滋病健康教育存在不足之处主要有:学校不够重视,宣传内容过于理论化,宣传形式单一,缺乏长期可持续性宣教模式,可及性差。结论高校艾滋病防治宣教措施存在不足,不能满足艾滋病防治需要,高校应建立可持续性的干预措施对大学生进行艾滋病健康教育。Objective To investigate the situation and needs of health education related to HIV/AIDS among college students,and to provide scientific evidence for making the strategy of health education and synthetic prevention measures purposely.Methods An anonymous questionnaire was used for investigation and the software of Epidata3.02,SAS 8.0 were used to analyze the data.Results 46.33% of students thought that they didn't know much about HIV/AIDS prevention,only 6.07% of the students thought it was basically enough.The approaches for them to know the knowledge were from mass media,preference books and school education respectively.21.95% of the students thought that the school had never had any activities about AIDS prevention.The propaganda about AIDS held by medical college were much more than that held by other university.Conclusions AIDS health education at universities is not enough to meet the needs of the college students.We suggest that the sustainable measures be established to promote the health education related to HIV/AIDS prevention among college students.
