摘　　要：磁性附着体与冠外附着体是目前临床应用较广的2种附着体类型,但两者的适用范围均具有一定的局限性。临床上常见多数牙缺失伴孤立残根残冠的复杂病例,若采用单一类型的固位方式,无法获得满意的临床疗效。采用磁性附着体和冠外附着体联合应用的修复治疗方法,可取长补短,充分发挥两者各自的优点,获得最佳的临床效果。Magnetic attachment and extracoronal attachment are applied widely in clinic;however,to some degree, the scope of the application of either attachment is still limited. As we know that dentition defect with isolated residual root or residual crown is the complex but common clinical case, if we use either attachment to treat that case, the clinical effect, usually, is not satisfactory. Therefore, the combined application of magnetic attachment and extracoronal attachment in prosthodontics can not only show each attachment's advantages but also make up for each other's disadvantages, which, consequently, could get the best clinical effect.
