口腔黏膜成纤维细胞对口腔癌细胞生长影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究成纤维细胞对口腔癌细胞生长的影响,探讨结缔组织在口腔癌发生过程中的作用。方法将口腔黏膜成纤维细胞和口腔癌细胞(舌鳞癌Tca83细胞)共同培养30h,或应用成纤维细胞的条件培养基培养口腔癌细胞,用MTT法检测在这两种情况下肿瘤细胞的生长情况。结果在低血清培养基条件下,口腔癌细胞与成纤维细胞共同培养可以促进肿瘤细胞的生长,而低血清的成纤维细胞条件培养基对肿瘤细胞的生长无明显的影响。结论在一定的条件下(低血清),成纤维细胞分泌的各种细胞因子可以促进肿瘤细胞的生长,经过处理的成纤维细胞的条件培养基则对肿瘤细胞的生长无明显影响。Objective To study the effect of fibroblasts on the growth of oral cancer cells and explore the roles of surviving in oral cancer angiogenesis.Methods We cultivated normal oral mucosa connective tissues(fibroblast)and epithelial cells(oral squamous carcinoma established cell line)together,using fibroblasts culture medium to cultivate tumor cells to observe the effect of fibroblast on the proliferation capacity of tumor cells.Results The result proved that under certain conditions(low blood serum),co-cultured fibroblast and tumor cells together could accelerate the growth of tumor cells.The fibroblast culture medium without blood serum had no obvious effect on the growth of tumor cells.C onclusion Under certain conditions(low blood serum),the cytokine excreted by the fibroblasts can promote theg rowth of the tumor cells.The fibroblasts culture medium has no influence on the growth of the tumor cells.
