摘  要:金属及其合金广泛应用于口腔修复中。镍铬合金等非贵金属合金烤瓷修复体在口腔内应用一段时间后会发生化学及电化学腐蚀,析出有害金属离子,影响健康及美观。因此,有学者开始将应用于工业领域的镀金技术应用于口腔修复领域来提高镍铬合金等非贵金属合金的抗腐蚀性及生物相容性。本文就金属腐蚀,镀金后基体材料的抗腐蚀性及生物相容性,镀金在口腔修复中的应用做一综述。Metal and alloy were widely applied to prosthodontics. After being fixed in patient's oral cavity,PFM(porcelain-fused-to-metal) restorations whose base crowns were Ni-Cr alloy and other non-precious metal alloy would have chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion. Because some metal ions which are poisonous to tissue were released during corrosions,health and appearance would be weakened. Hence,some researchers had recently applied gold-plating technique which had been used in industries to prosthodontics in order to improve corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of Ni-Cr alloy and other non-precious metal alloy. In this paper,metal corrosion,corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of metal-gold-plating and the application of gold-plating to prosthodontics were reviewed.
