摘　　要：随着科学技术水平的进步,人们完善自身容貌可以通过医学美容手段来达到。利益冲突使美容市场监管混乱,美容与健康的冲突不断,美容心态扭曲,医疗美容原则把握不到位,都使美容医学中美与伤的伦理冲突不断加剧。针对这些问题,特提出要加强美容市场的规范管理;培养专业的美容医师;建设中医美容专业;重视心理美容咨询等对策。With the progress of science and technology,people improve their looks through medical cosmetology and means.Conflicts of interest induced the confusion of beauty market regulation.Conflicts of beauty and health,distorted beauty the mentality of human and medical cosmetology principle increase the conflicts of no medical cosmetology and ethics It is put forwarded that we should strengthen the regulate management of beauty market,cultivate professional beauty physicians,construct the Chinese medical cosmetology and professional and pay attention to the psychological beauty counseling aiming at above problems.
