摘　　要：运用系统分析方法,总结目前存在的信息网络平台和个人健康管理系统等2种新型信息互动模式,深度剖析影响其推广的深层次原因,为推进城市医院与社区卫生服务机构信息互动模式发展提供思路和方向。Based on system theory,systematic analysis was used to analyze new information interaction modes,including information network platform mode and personal health management system mode. We analyzed the reasons affecting its promotion in order to provide some ideas for the promotion and development of information interaction mode between urban hospitals and community health service institutions.
