初探全科医学视角下痛风控制管理体系的构建思路

摘　　要：从全科医学视角出发,综合运用保健医学、社会医学、卫生事业管理学、临床医学、康复医学等多学科理论和方法,初步论述了痛风控制管理体系的内涵、作用、基本要求,提出了该体系的基本框架,指出了构建该体系的前提。在上述基础上,尝试性探讨并建立了以"三级预防"、"多级管理"和"持续改善"为主要内容的痛风控制管理体系。From the perspective of general practice,this paper described the intension,functions and basic requirements of gouty control and management system based on the theories and means of many disciplines such as health care medicine,social medicine,health service management,clinical medicine,rehabilitation medicine,and so on and put forward the basic framework of this system and pointed the premise to construct this system. The main content of the system including'three levels of prevention','multi-level management' and 'continue improvement' was discussed and set up.
