摘　　要：RH真空精炼中的浸渍管在使用过程中由于受到钢水冲刷,需要及时喷补,通过在鞍钢生产中应用的离线喷补机,很好地解决了既不影响生产又能及时喷补的问题。Impregnated tubes of RH vacuum refining furnace need sprayed timely because of being washed away by liquid steel in use.The off-line gunner was applied in production of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co.,it can spray timely and has no influence to production.
