摘　　要：在教育网流量分担政策下,代理服务成了广大高校内部常用的访问非免费地址的方式。介绍了复旦大学代理服务的自动化管理方案:代理服务管理成为IT服务管理的职能之一,采用Proxy Caching服务与IT服务管理相结合的方案,在复旦大学成功设计、开发了相应的系统并稳定运行。With the net-flows fee partaking policy of CERNET,proxy service is the most popular method of accessing non free address in campuses.An automatic solution of proxy service in Fudan University is introduced.As proxy service management becomes a part of service desk of IT service management,a management system which integrates proxy caching service and IT service management is designed,and runs steadily in Fudan University.
