摘 要:该文根据对流干燥过程中刨花内部水分和热量迁移的机理,建立了刨花对流干燥的数学模型,并通过试验对所建模型进行了验证。结果表明,在较宽的含水率范围内,可以用该模型对刨花的对流干燥过程进行较高精度的数学模拟,刨花平均含水率模拟值和实测值之间相关系数的平方在0.97以上。表明该模型基本反映了刨花对流干燥的全过程,可以应用于对流干燥的研究和分析中,并可指导此类干燥系统的设计。Based on the mechanism of moisture and heat transfer in wood particles during the convective drying,a transfer model for heat and mass was established and verified experimentally.The results showed that the model could be used to model the drying process of wood particles in a wide range of moisture contents,and the simulation value of moisture contents in wood particles matched well with the experimental data,with a square of the correlation coefficient between the simulation values and tested ones 0.97.The model reflected accurately the whole process of convective drying of wood particles,and therefore could be applied in the research and analysis of convective drying and could be used as guidance for the design of drying systems of the same kind.
