摘 要:该研究以废旧刨花板为原料,使用机械法和爆破法制造再生刨花,对新旧刨花进行傅立叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射对比分析,并将新旧刨花混合制造刨花板。结果表明:①低压爆破对木材主要化学成分影响较小;②爆破后纤维素的结晶度增加;③爆破法得到的再生刨花形态完整,可以与新刨花混合制造刨花板。实验表明新旧刨花混合比例为1∶1时,再生刨花板具有较好的力学性能。Regenerated particles were made from spent particle board by steam explosion,and then mixed with fresh particles to produce regenerated particle board.Characteristics of fresh and regenerated particles were studied by means of Fourer transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Results showed that: 1) after low-pressure steam explosion,main chemical components of particles changed little;2) it was found that crystallinity of cellulose increased after steam explosion treatment;3) shape of regenerated particles remained integral,which could be mixed with fresh particles at the ratio of 1∶1 to produce new particle board with good mechanical properties.
