摘  要:为了制备桉木醋酸纤维,以得到高α-纤维素的浆粕工艺,该文首先对桉木蒸煮工艺进行了研究。对比硫酸盐法(KP)、加蒽醌(AQ)的硫酸盐法以及加AQ+十二烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)的硫酸盐法蒸煮方法发现:AQ的加入有利于保护碳水化合物,使得率提高1.09%,KMnO4值降低23.13%,α-纤维素含量提高3.72%;ABS能促进药液渗透。同时,实验采用10%NaOH预处理桉木片,再进行KP+AQ蒸煮。结果表明:NaOH预处理硫酸盐-蒽醌浆的α-纤维素含量比未预处理浆的高0.74%,甚至比KP浆高3.55%,且能有效去除木素,使KMnO4值下降3.81%,比KP浆的KMnO4值下降24.63%。其后对D0ED1P漂白研究得出最佳漂白条件:D0段为用氯量3.6%,70℃,90 min,pH 3.5;E段为NaOH 2.0%,75℃,60 min;D1段为用氯量0.9%,70℃,90 min,pH 3.5;P段为H2O2用量与NaOH用量均为2.5%,70℃,90 min,各段浆浓均为10%。之后采用木聚糖酶和碱处理两段净化处理,最终得到高聚合度(1 163)、高白度(90.0%)、高α-纤维素含量(98.08%)的醋酸纤维浆粕。In order to prepare high α-cellulose acetate pulp,this study investigated cooking processes of eucalyptus firstly.By a comparison of three cooking methods,ie,general KP,KP+AQ and KP+AQ+ABS,it was found that:AQ could protect carbohydrates and increase the yield by 1.09%,decrease the permanganate value by 23.13%,and improve the αcellulose content by 3.72%;the addition of ABS accelerated the penetrability of chemicals.At the same time,eucalyptus wood chips were pretreated by 10% NaOH and then cooked by means of KP+AQ,and the results showed that α-cellulose content increased by 0.74% compared with that of unpretreated pulp,and by 3.55% compared with that of KP pulp;the permanganate value was 3.81% and lower than that of KP+AQ pulp,and 24.63% lower than that of KP pulp,indicating that the 10% NaOH pretreatment could delignify effectively.D_0ED_1P multistage bleaching was studied after cooking,and the optimum bleaching conditions were found as follows:at D_0 stage,chlorine charge 3.6%,70℃,90?min,pH 3.5;at E stage,NaOH 2.0%,75℃,60?min;at D_1 stage,chlorine charge 0.9%,70℃,90?min,pH 3.5;at P stage,H_2O_2 consumption equal to NaOH,2.5%,70℃,90?min,pulp consistency 10% at every stage.Then a two-step purification was adopted with xylanase and alkali treatments.Finally,cellulose acetate pulp was obtained with degree of polymerization 1?163,brightness 90.0% and α-cellulose content 98.08%.
