摘 要:该文通过对毛竹的铣削实验,研究了刀具前角、铣削量、铣削速度对竹材径向铣削产生的超前劈裂的影响,并比较了弦向铣削与径向铣削所产生超前劈裂的差异。结果表明:①刀具前角增大,超前劈裂加剧。②超前劈裂长度与铣削量呈正相关关系。③随铣削量增加,劈裂深度加深,劈裂范围扩大。④铣削速度增加,劈裂范围扩大,当铣削速度大于70 m/s时,劈裂长度趋于稳定。⑤弦向铣削产生的超前劈裂长度明显小于径向铣削劈裂长度。⑥维管束密集的竹青部位超前劈裂较竹肉部位更明显,竹黄部位基本无超前劈裂发生。The effects of milling parameters,including the tool rake angle,milling thickness and speed,for Moso bamboo on its advance splitting were studied,and the difference of advance splitting in two cutting directions,ie radical direction and tangential direction was compared.With the increase of tool rake angle,advance splitting became severe.There was a positive relation between milling thickness and in the length of advance splitting.As the speed of milling increased,the area of advance splitting extended and the length of advance splitting kept stable when milling speed was more than 70?m?s.There were significant differences both in the length and in the width of advance splitting in the two cutting directions.There was phenomenal severity of advance splitting in the position of bamboo where vascular bundles were dense.
