摘 要:该文采用信号采集、分析技术,研究了木材在磨削过程中的受力情况,考察了纹理方向、材料种类及磨削参数对磨削力及法向力的影响。结果表明:纹理方向对磨削力及法向力的影响显著,顺纹理磨削时磨削力最大,横纹理磨削时磨削力最小;实木磨削力实时曲线图与中密度纤维板磨削力实时曲线图差异明显;磨削厚度及进给速度对磨削力及法向力的影响基本呈线性变化,中密度纤维板的磨削力、法向力与进给速度呈二次幂的变化规律。This study analyzed the sanding force of wood and medium density fiberboard(MDF) in the sanding process using signal acquisition and signal analysis techniques.Effects of wood grain,wood species and sanding parameters on the sanding force and normal force were also investigated.Results show that wood grain has a marked effect on the sanding force and normal force.The sanding force reaches the biggest when sanding parallels to wood grain and the smallest when it is vertical to wood grain.Significant differences exist in the real-time curve between wood and MDF.The effects of sanding thickness and feed speed on sanding force and normal force present basically a linear change,and a quadratic relationship is found between feed speed and sanding force as well as normal force of MDF.
