基于可拓方法的模块化外包商的选择研究

摘　　要：模块化外包使模块供应商承担了更多的设计与研制任务,增加了核心企业对模块供应商选择的复杂性。建立了模块供应商评价的指标体系,给出了合作伙伴选择的综合评价物元模型。此方法考虑到评价环境的模糊性,采用模糊群决策方法确定指标权重。在此基础上,给出了基于可拓理论的评价步骤,利用修正后的关联函数,求解关联度并寻找最优解。最后用一个算例进行了分析求解,结果表明此方法解决了构建模型时对指标的模糊主观判断问题,使得合作伙伴选择模型的最优策略更接近实际。该方法能够有效保证综合评价的质量和效率。Modular outsourcing induces modular supplier to take on more tasks of research and development,and enhances the complexity of selecting modular supplier.A general partner comprehensive evaluation system was defined,a formalized expression of partner evaluation problem in the matter element model was given.The fuzzy character on evaluating environment was considered,and the weight was got by the means of fuzzy decision.The evaluating steps based on the extensive theory were given,the correlation degree was solved and the optimum solution was found by the corrected correlation function.Analysis and solution of the mechod were performed by an example,which results show that the method can solve fuzzy subjective judgement of the index to make the optimum strategy near to reality.The method can effectively ensure quality and efficiency of the comprehensire evaluation.
