摘 要:以煤焦油和重油为原料,进行了乳化燃料油的研究。详细考察了不同乳化剂、乳化剂添加量、水分添加量对乳化油黏度的影响。研究结果表明,复配乳化剂A+B所制备的乳化油产品具有较低的黏度,在50℃时,复配乳化剂A+B制备的乳化油黏度值比添加单种乳化剂A和B制备乳化油的黏度分别低41.7%、25%;在90℃时分别低9.3%、4.7%;A+B复合乳化剂的添加量与试样黏度值存在极值关系,乳化剂的最佳添加量为3‰,在90℃时黏度为430mPa.s;乳化油中最佳水分添加质量分数为10%,当水分添加质量分数为8%、10%、12%时,乳化油的黏度分别为485、430、495mPa.s。The characteristics of emulsified oil are studied,which are made by tar and heavy oil as the main materials added some water and emulsifier.The effects of different emulsifier,the amount of emulsifier and the amount of water are studied.The results show that the viscosity of the emulsified oil with compound emulsifier A+B is lower than that of with single emulsifier A and B,at 50℃,it is less 41.7%,25% than that of with single A and B;at 90℃,lower 9.3% and 4.7%,respectively;there is extreme relationship between the amount of compound emulsifier A+B and viscosity.The best mass fraction of emulsifier is 3‰.At 90℃,the viscosity of sample with 3‰ emulsifier is 430 mPa·s.The best adding amount of water is 10% in the emulsified oil.When the amount of water is 8%,10%,12%,the emulsified oil viscosity is 485,430,495 mPa·s,respectively.
