摘　　要：本文从文化的内涵出发,对高校图书馆文化的内涵进行了分析,并结合图书馆工作实践浅谈了文化的作用,提出了搞好图书馆文化建设的思路。Combing with the author' practice,this paper analyzes the connotation of university libraries culture from the perspective of cultural implications,discusses the functions of library culture,and proposes some ideas of improving the cultural construction of university libraries.
