摘　　要：本文介绍了WebGIS的应用现状,分析了ArcGIS Server的体系结构和基于ArcGIS Server设计WebGIS的关键技术,并结合基于CNGI环境下的云南旅游地理信息系统开发实例,阐述了使用ArcGIS Server开发WebGIS的核心功能实现方法。In this paper,the application status of WebGIS is introduced,and the ArcGIS Serve architecture and the key technologies of the design of WebGIS based on ArcGIS Server are analyzed.In conjunction with the development example of Yunnan Touism geographic information system based on CNGI Environment,the realization methods of the core functions using ArcGIS Server to develop WebGIS are elaborated.
