摘 要:本文以工程项目为例,着重阐述超高层住宅的结构选型、理论分析包括弹性时程分析和弹塑性静力分析(Pushover)等问题,探讨了在满足结构安全情况下如何提高超高层住宅设计性价比的几点处理措施,旨在为这一类建筑的结构设计在最大限度地满足建筑师对室内空间要求的同时结构设计更具科学性、经济性提供参考。It takes a project as an example,and focuses on the structure type selection of super-high-rise residential and theoretical analysis including elastic time-history analysis and elastic-plastic static analysis(Pushover) and other issues. Some measures are discussed to improve the cost-effective design of super-high-rise residential in the circumstances to meet the structural safety,and this paper provides some references to attain a structural design of more scientific、economic quality as well as the structural design meets the architectural requirements of the indoor space.
