摘  要:介绍了冷藏集装箱的3种数据采集方式,设计了基于串口通信和数据无线传输的冷藏集装箱状态监测系统;通过与计算机技术、网络通信技术结合,提出了基于卫星通信的冷藏集装箱远洋运输状态监测与故障诊断系统;以故障模拟实验中获得的故障样本作为训练样本,建立了基于支持向量机的故障诊断模型.实验证明,该模型具有良好的故障分类能力.Three different kinds of data collection methods between the controller of the refrigerated container and the monitoring computer are introduced,and a data wireless transmission and status monitoring system of ocean going refrigerated containers based on the serial communication interface is designed.Combining with the computer,network communication and fault diagnosis technologies,the remote status monitoring and fault diagnosis system of marine reefer containers based on satellite communication is put forward.According to the data acquired from fault simulation experiments,the fault diagnosis model based on SVM(support vector machines) is established,and experimental results show that the model has good fault classification ability.
