摘 要:提出了一种新型的轻质组合梁-以冷弯薄壁槽钢为骨架,钢板外表面用结构胶粘剂粘结竹胶板组成工字型截面的冷弯薄壁型钢-竹胶板组合梁。以组合梁中的竹板厚度、型钢截面尺寸及其厚度为参数,对9根钢竹组合梁试件进行了弯曲性能试验,观察各级荷载作用下钢板及竹板中的应变变化、组合梁挠度的发展,分析了组合梁的破坏过程、破坏形态及破坏机理,探讨了组合梁的极限承载力和抗弯刚度等弯曲性能。结果表明,薄壁型钢和竹胶板整体工作性好,组合效应显著,构件跨中横截面平均应变基本上呈线性分布,力学性能优良,可应用于工程实践;随着钢板厚度、竹胶板密实度和构件截面尺寸的增大,构件的承载力、挠度变化呈规律性。研究表明,钢竹组合构件在我国建筑结构领域具有很好的发展前景。This paper presents a new type of lightweight composite beam.It takes cold-formed thin-wall channel steel as the backbone and pastes the bamboo plywood on the outer surface of the steel sheet with structural adhesive,thus a cold-formed thin-wall steel-bamboo plywood composite beam with I-shaped cross-section is formed.Experimental study on the flexural behavior of 9 composite beams was carried out and the failure process,failure modes and failure mechanism were investigated.The author monitored the development of strain in the steel sheet and bamboo plate and the deflection of the beam,and then obtained the ultimate strength and bending stiffness.Experiment results indicates that the bamboo plywood and cold-formed thin-wall steel can form an excellent composite cross-section;the average strain in the composite cross-section is linearly distributed;and higher bearing capacity and stiffness are achieved;The study shows that bamboo-steel composite components have good prospects to be applied to building structures in China.
