摘 要:利用铁碳微电解法并结合电Fenton法,建立了一种高效电催化氧化降解松香废水的方法。采用Fe作阳极,石墨作阴极,同时对溶液进行曝气,讨论了电解时间、溶液pH、电极间距、电压、H2O2用量等各种因素对松香废水COD去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:在曝气量0.01L/(min.L),pH3.0、电极间距4cm、槽电压4V、H2O2用量10ml/L、NaCl用量1.0g/L条件下处理90min,松香废水COD由3440mg/L降低到603mg/L,COD去除率为82.5%,为后续生化处理创造了条件。Combined micro-electrolysis with electro-Fenton,a high efficient degradation method of colophony wastewater by electrocatalytic oxidation was designed in the article.The experiment adopted Fe as the anode,the graphite as the cathode,and blasted oxygen to wastewater by aeration at the same time.The article discussed the influence of some factors such as reaction time,pH,polar distance,voltage,H_2O_2 dosage on the degradation of contamination.The results show that by providing wastewaters with aeration intensity of 0.01 L/(min·L),pH of 3.0,electrode distance of 4 cm,electrolytic voltage of 20V,the quantity of H_2O_2 and NaCl of 10 mL/L and 1.0 g/L respectively,reaction time of 90 min,COD of colophony wastewater declined form 3440 mg/L to 603 mg/L.The removed COD was 82.5% that create the conditions for the further biochemical treatment.
