摘　　要：将CTI技术和数据库技术引入到自动语音通知系统,实现了快速准确地完成数据库搜索、自动拨号/录制留言等工作.把多线程技术运用到自动语音通知系统中,使得系统能同时进行多个语音通知,极大地提高系统的工作效率.This article mainly introduces an automatic telephone voice system based on CTI and database technology which can quickly and accurately complete the database search,automatic dial-up /recording.Applying the multi-threading technology to automatic telephone voice system,the system can simultaneously notify multiple voice and greatly improve the efficiency.
