摘　　要：成纤维细胞作为牙龈结缔组织和牙周膜中的重要细胞,担负着重要的生理功能.人牙龈成纤维细胞和牙周膜成纤维细胞在光镜下与扫描电镜下观察在形态上没有区别,但在功能上具有明显的差异.目前尚缺乏明确区别牙周膜细胞和牙龈成纤维细胞的细胞标志物.就近年来对两者的特异性表达标志研究进展作一综述.Fibroblasts are the predominant cell type residing in the soft connective tissue and play important roles in physiologic function.Although the morphologies of both types of cells cultured in vitro have been reported to be similar when examined by phase-contrast and scanning electron microscope,other studies suggest that cells have different characteristic.Furthermore,the exact cell markers between the two cell linages are unkown.
