摘　　要：腋窝淋巴结是乳腺癌最重要的预后评估因素.前哨淋巴结活检近10余年已受到广泛认可,但在检出率、假阴性率等方面存在争议.对影响前哨淋巴结活检检出率、假阴性率的因素及该技术存在的一些问题作一综述.The status of axillary lymphnodes is the most important prognosis anticipation factor for breast cancer.Though sentinel lymph node biopsy has been widely adopted during the past decade,its accuracy and false negative rate are still debated topics.This article mainly discusses the factors which have effects on the accu-racy and the false negative rate and some problems of this technique which have not been solved yet.
