摘　　要：肺静脉的解剖结构存在着一定的共性,但是也常发生变异.多层螺旋CT对肺静脉的解剖结构的评估已经被公认为是目前最为精确且实用的影像学方法.旨在对肺静脉的CT解剖及正常变异作一综述,以提高对肺静脉的总体认识水平.The anatomic structure of pulmonary veins have many variations although most of them are in common.At present, the multi- slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) has been the most accurate and practical iconography method in the assessment of anatomic structure of the pulmonary vein as widely accepted. This article is mean to improve the general cognitive level in pulmonary veins via reviewing the normal and variationanatomic structure in pulmonary vein.
