摘  要:目的探讨血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG与皮肤过敏性疾病的关系。方法应用酶联免疫法检测128例皮肤过敏性疾病患者血清中食物特异性IgG水平。结果128例患者食物过敏原特异性IgG有1~7种不等,总阳性率为89.1%,2种以上升高者为69.3%。食物特异性lgG升高以鸡蛋(50.0%)和蟹(47.8%)最多见,其次为虾和大豆(二者均为27.3%)。根据实验结果调整患者饮食,症状在2月内有明显改善者为72.2%。结论测定食物过敏原特异性IgG在皮肤过敏性疾病的诊治中有重要意义。Objective To explore the correlation between 14 food allergen specific IgG antibodies and allergic skin disease.Methods The food allergen specific IgG antibodies in serum of 128 patients with allergic skin disease were measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The increased food allergen specific IgG antibodies ranged from 1 to 7 types in all patients with a totalpositive rate was 89.1%.There were 69.3%patients showed a higher positive rate who were allergic to more than 2 types of antibodies.It is common to see that those patients who were allergic to egg(50%)and crab(47.8%)have their food allergen specific IgG antibodies increased, followed by Shrimp(27.3%)and soybean(27.3%).Those patients who adjusted their diet according to the experiment results,have obvious improvement within 2 months,accounted for 72.2%.Conclusion The measurement of 14 common food allergen specific IgG might be very useful for diagnosing and treating of allergic skin disease.
