Prx4在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究过氧化物还原酶4(Peroxiredoxin 4,简称Prx 4)在胰腺癌组织中的表达水平,探讨其临床意义。方法:利用E livison免疫组化法检测36例手术切除的胰腺癌及21例癌旁正常胰腺组织,以及胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、结肠癌、肺癌和乳腺癌组织各10例中Prx 4的表达情况。比较Prx 4在胰腺癌与癌旁正常胰腺组织,胰腺癌与其他肿瘤之间表达率和表达强度的差异。分析Prx 4与胰腺癌大小、分化程度及淋巴结转移的相关性。结果:胰腺癌组织中Prx 4的表达阳性率为80.6%(29/36)。癌旁正常胰腺组织中的表达阳性率分别为19%(4/21)。Prx 4在胰腺癌组织中的表达阳性率显著高于在癌旁正常胰腺组织中的表达阳性率(P均<0.05)。Prx 4在胰腺癌组织中的表达阳性率(80.6%)高于在其他常见恶性肿瘤组织中的表达阳性率(在肺癌、乳腺癌组织中的表达阳性率为20%,在胃癌、食管癌和肝癌组织中的表达阳性率为30%)。结论:Prx 4在胰腺癌组织中的表达阳性率和表达强度显著高于癌旁正常胰腺组织,提示Prx 4可能在胰腺癌发病过程中起一定作用。Prx 4在胰腺癌的表达阳性率和表达强度明显高于其他恶性肿瘤,有可能为潜在的胰腺癌标志物。Objective: To study the expression level of Prx 4 in the tissues of pancreas carcinoma and to investigate the relationship between the expression level and clinical parameters.Methods: Elivison immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of Prx 4 in paraffin-embedded specimens including 36 pancreatic cancerous and paracancerous normal tissues,and 60 other cancerous tissues(ten of stomach,colon,esophagus,liver,lung and breast each).Expression levels of Prx 4 in different tissues was compared and analyzed.The relationship between expression level and clinical parameters was investigated.Results: The positive rate of Prx 4 in the tissues of pancreas carcinoma was 80.6%,which was higher than that(19.0%) in the paracancerous normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression rate of Prx 4(80.5%) in pancreas carcinoma was higher than that in other malignant tumors(20% for breast and lung,30% for stomach,esophagus and liver,and 60% for colon).Conclusions: The expression rate and level of Prx 4 in the tissues of pancreas carcinoma was significantly higher than in the tissues of paracancerous normal tissues,suggesting that Prx 4 may play a role in the developmemt of pancreas carcinoma.The positive rate and level of Prx 4 was higher in pancreas carcinoma than that in other malignant tumors,indicating that Prx 4 may be a potential marker for pancreas carcinoma.
