FAP-1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的进一步探讨子宫内膜癌的发生机制。方法选择同期手术切除的组织标本,子宫内膜癌63份(A组)、子宫内膜非典型增生13份(B组)、正常子宫内膜20份(C组),采用免疫组化SP法检测Fas相关磷酸酯酶-1(FAP-1)表达情况,采用Spearman相关分析法分析其与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系。结果A、B、C组FAP-1阳性表达率分别为71.4%、46.2%、25.0%,A组与C组比较P<0.01。FAP-1表达与子宫内膜癌临床分期、组织分级有关(P<0.05),与年龄、肌层浸润及淋巴结转移无关。结论FAP-1参与了子宫内膜癌的发生、发展,可作为判断子宫内膜癌生物学行为和恶性潜能的参考指标。Objective To investigate the carcinogenesis mechanism of endometrial carcinoma furtherly. Methods The Fas-associated phosphatase-1(FAP-1) expression of surgically removed tissues in synchronization including 63 endometrial carcinoma tissues(A group),13 endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissues(B group) and 20 normal endometrial tissues(C group) were examined by using immunohistochemical SP technique,the correlation of FAP-1 and clinical pathology characteristics were analyzed with Spearman correlation analytical method. Results Positive expression rate of FAP-1 in A,B,C groups were 71.4%,46.2%,25.0% respectively,the rate in A group was higher than that in C group(P<0.05). The expression of FAP-1 was correlated with clinical stage and histology grade in endometrial carcinoma (P<0.05),but not with the age,myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions FAP-1 contributes to the carcinogenesis and subsequent progression in endometrial carcinoma,and maybe used as a reference index of judging biological behavior and malignant potency in endometrial carcinoma.
